The location in a good area was amazing and there were shops and a market nearby. There was café Cafe Bonema, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The room was neat and compact and the bathroom clean.

It has compact and tidy rooms to offer with a big window, wash basin plus TV.

Everything was perfect, pleasant stuff, incredible location just off city center on a budget as well as the old town and the main train station. It was a such great stay during the weekend of my stay, would be happy to recommend this place.

The value for money at Gastehaus Grupello was fantastic! The room was great and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to the central station and city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing all the information I needed.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, maybe by adding more variety to the menu.

I especially liked: - position (close to the station and to the center, walk distances) - hospitality of the staff - the place was clean and we haven't problem to shear the bathroom with other people, even if was the first time. - the quality was more than sufficient for the required price.

I didn't like: -too much light in the room. There were not blind curtains and there was too much light both in the evening (due to street lights) and in the morning. Further suggestions: -I would prefer to have two towel per person instead of one (but to be honest I didn't ask for them). -there was not hairdryer in the bathroom, but I didn't need so I didn't ask for it.

Perfect location right between the main station and the shops and old town. The owner is very friendly. Big, clean room which was great for the price. The shared bathrooms were better than most places with a full size bath and loads of hot water.

This place could be difficult to find as there's no reception or sign outside - just a bell in a doorway with the name written by it. Up two flights of stairs to the 'reception'/breakfast room. I had no problems, but make sure you know exactly where you're going, especially if you arrive late at night.

Clean room and friendly staff. The room was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it was spotless and made us feel comfortable during our romantic escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Gastehaus Grupello for a few days while exploring the vibrant neighborhood of Little Tokyo. The location was perfect, just a street away from the action and with easy access to public transport. The owner, Maria, was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for things to see and do. The rooms were always spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Plus, the price was unbeatable for such a convenient and well-maintained hotel.
